  • Maintenance Technician

    The Maintenance Technician implements and executes the maintenance service program as instituted by Burkely Communities. This is a hands-on role that is central to ensuring our communities remain exceptional places to live.

    • Implement and execute the Burkely Communities maintenance service program
    • Complete work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance tasks
    • Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed
    • Strong technical skills; HVAC experience a plus

  • Maintenance Supervisor — Student Community

    We have an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor for a student housing community. This leadership role oversees all maintenance of the property—including turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance— and is supported by a strong management team.

    • Oversee all maintenance operations for a student housing community
    • Lead turns, work orders, and a preventative maintenance schedule
    • Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed
    • Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior technicians
